Please use this form to initiate the exchange process. Customers have 10 days from purchase date to submit a request. As a reminder: 1) Items being returned must be mailed back to Fictitious Bookshelf at the customers expense before the exchange or store credit can be issued, 2) Refunds are given in the form of store credit.
